We will develop a multiplex PCR panel allowing precise diagnosis of the sub-phenotypes of HAP based on the presence of tens of bacteria and virus as well as host response which will be easy to use in ICUs at bedside, from the fluids collected for routine care in patients, without requirement of specific sampling.
